I do like how it turned out and it has such a spring feel. ![]() The other 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White was added to the inside and the card was done. Then the flowers were set in place using Dimensionals and the word piece was added using Dimensionals to the right side and a bit of tape to the left side. I taped the words to the scalloped piece. I took a scrap piece of Old Olive and punched the scalloped oval piece from the same punch. I punched them out using the "Double Oval" punch. The words are from the "Beautifully Happy" set and were stamped using black Memento ink. Then I added Dimensionals to the back and I set it in place on the front of the card about 1/2" from the top and bottom edges and 1/2" from the fold. ![]() Then I cut a 2-5/8" x 4-1/2" piece of Old Olive for the layer. I took my Blending Brush and scrubbed on some Balmy Blue ink. Next I cut a 2-3/8" x 4-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock. I added Dimensionals to the back and set it aside. I used the following in light only, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Balmy Blue, Old Olive, and Highland Heather. I stamped the flower from the "Dainty Delight" bundle using black Memento ink on a piece of Basic White card stock. The one on the backside of this has beautiful flowers on it that can be taped to the front of a card base, add some words and it's done! I may give that one a try later in the week. There's a lot of pretty papers in that package. Then I cut a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Dainty Flowers" 12" x 12" package. I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White for the inside and one for the outside. The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Old Olive card stock. I would like to say that I put the other sets away so I could play with this one but we all know I rarely put anything away!! LOL Today's card was made using the "Dainty Delights" set and here's how it was made.
